SHIPPING
· All orders are to be shipped FOB from our Richmond Hill, Ontario warehouse.
· Unless otherwise instructed, all orders will be shipped by Canada Post regular parcel to any location within Canada and USA.
· Specific shipping instruction shall be provided if other courier service is required. Courier account number should be provided if ship freight collect.
· For shipment to USA, Federal Tax ID or Social Security Number will be required.
RETURN
· All sales are final except for damages upon receipt.
· All claims must be made within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise.
· Damaged merchandise and its original packaging shall be retained to verify damages in transit.
· No return of merchandise will be accepted without our written authorization.
· All return items must be in its original package.
